J.A. BREMONT: President/CEO,
Mr. Bremont has developed positive relationships with several merchant-banking and financial institutions which specialize in private equity, structured off balance sheet financing and innovative credit enhancment technics for non-traditional borrowing and financial enhancements.
Mr. Bremont is also very experianced and specializes in Entertainment Financing and is also founder and President of ACR's subsiderary, CineGlobe, a motion picture production and marketing company which has financed and executive produced many feature films. (additional information on request)
JOHN M. KUCHYT: Vice President/Real Estate Lending and Equity.
Mr. Kuchyt has extensive degree of experiance and knowledge in commercial real estate lending for over 30 years.He has demonstrated a keen awareness of an ever changing market conditions and trends to provide our clients with the very best services to meet their individual needs.
Mr. Kuchyt has served as President and Senior Trustee for KVCCO Trust a company he founded specializing in commercial real estate lending as well as previously founded First Investment Group, Inc. which provided real estate brokerage and consulting services to high net worth clientle. Most notable projects include the evaluation of the Plaza Hotel and Manahattan Place Hotel in New York, Los Angeles Mariott as well as other major commercial office buildings. He also participated in the development and funding of the Lakeland subdivision in suburban Chicago and a Major shoping center and car park in Lyon France.
Prior to creating his own companies, Mr. Kuchyt served as Vice-President with First Chicago (FNB of Chicago) where he was responsible for establishing and managing a network of worldwide customer support for cash management based products and services in 28 countries.
BENEDICTUS D.K. AYITEY: Director International Trade Financing
Mr. Ayitey has over 25 years in the international finance experiance. Mr. Ayitey has vast experiance in International Trade and Finance, and assists ACR as liason with International banking establishing custodial banking account relationships for our clients, including credit and trading facility services.
JOHN BREMONT : Director of Real Estate
Mr. Bremont is the Chief Executive Officer of Home2Office Realty Services Inc., a New York-based real estate brokerage company. Previously, Mr. Bremont served as the President of Jabre, Inc., a New York based venture funding and corporate acquisitions consultancy. Mr. Bremont has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years, and has experience with residential and commercial sales, leasing, and investment. He helped create New York City's first online MLS services Citi List and BrokerNet, and is a founding partner of H2O Realty Services, a realty network. Mr. Bremont’s work has been featured in mabny periodicals including The New York Times, The New York Post, Real Deal, The Wall Street Journal and other leading publications.
