THE STRUCTURE: Utilizing the services of affiliated private investment financial instittutions with banks, hedge funds, Insurance companies and private equity investment companies. This includes if needed, securing assets in the form of bank or insurance finacial garantees that secures the financing shortfall up to 100%. The financing backed by the hedge of the futures markets to insure the minimal risk and an excellent ROI for lenders/investors. The financing requirements for each project is different and we underwrite them on a case by case bases.
