The management of ACR has a collective 75 years or more of international finance experience, much of it specializing in facilitating funding for non-conforming capital enhancement with private lenders and investors on a global basis. Referrals come from asset managers, attorneys, tax advisors, other lending and equity entities and various other commercial finance professionals.

EQUITY FINANCING
ACR is an appointed advisor for an international investment firm that is prepared to fund up to 100% of project cost, subject to underwriting evaluation. All funding can be acquired as debt or equity participation.
